Dedhed Designs is a US-based boutique 5A counterweight brand founded in 2019 by Michael Letsom and his wife. Their signature line of horror- and creature-themed resin counterweights, branded as Dedweights, are hand-painted with alcohol inks and aerosol model paints, then finished with Cerakote aviation-grade ceramic coating for scratch and chemical resistance. The brand’s mission: creating functional art — pieces you want to display just as much as you want to play. Dedhed also produces HedStandz, character resin display stands designed to hold and swap Dedweights.
