Released in 2011, the Ooch-Yo is the plastic signature series yo-yo of Brett “Ooch” Outchcunis. Described as a “reformed version from full metal” — a plastic body with aluminum alloy weight rings built into the rims, making it a step down in price from Ooch’s full-metal Ooch Smoov/Groov series while maintaining competitive-level performance. The large C-bearing creates a wide gap that transitions into bind-return territory.
