About
Conceived on the drive home from the 2011 National Yo-Yo Contest, the Victory was Eternal Throw’s first product and the throw that put the Seattle brand on the map. Chad Sage and Free Hinton collaborated with One Drop Design to produce the mold, and every unit was machined at One Drop’s facility in Eugene, OR.
The Victory ships with One Drop’s Side Effect axle system — swappable weighted inserts pressed into the hubs — and comes standard with the lightweight mini-disc Side Effects that give the throw its characteristic floaty, maneuverable feel. The double-rim butterfly profile pushes mass to the outer edges for strong spin stability without sacrificing approachability for intermediate 1A players. It launched at midnight on October 27, 2012.
