Released in 1999 and discontinued 2001, the Trans-Axtion was Duncan’s first transaxle-equipped yo-yo, using a plastic transaxle sleeve with Starburst response. It set the design basis for the original Freehand line and appeared as a prototype ball-bearing variant in the 2001 film Zoolander.
