The FGAL is a 2024 monometal version of JT’s past representative model, the Shakushain FG. Machined from A300 aluminum — the same alloy used in the FiReal — with a step-straight profile slightly wider than the original to match modern standards. JT describes it as “an all-purpose monometal with few quirks and a straightforward, responsive feel.” Available in Red.
