About the Thou
The Thou is one of Paragon Yoyos’ two founding models, launched simultaneously with the Zephyr in 2024. Its name references “thousandths” — the unit of measurement that governs the precision tolerances of machined metal. Designed by founder Eric Ngu, the Thou embodies the smooth, organic, floaty side of Paragon’s design philosophy: a rounded silhouette with clean lines that prioritizes an effortless, floaty feel on the string without sacrificing spin time. At $59.99 it was positioned as an accessible entry into Paragon’s catalog, and it launched alongside the Zephyr as a deliberate design pair — players could choose their character, or acquire both as the “Double Take” bundle.
