Released in 2004, the Night Moves 3 was a landmark yo-yo: the first production yo-yo to use titanium weight rings. Designer Dale Bell slimmed the profile compared to earlier versions while incorporating titanium rings for extreme rim weighting. The body uses clear plastic with embedded glitter, and the underside of the side caps are painted — giving the yo-yo a distinctive glow effect under stage lighting.
