Elan Steampunk was sold by Rewind as a prototype from YOYO Laboratory. It is the OEM source model of Sturm Panzer’s SY-003 Schneider, though specs differ slightly. It is a full-size bimetal yo-yo with a straight profile in which nearly half the profile is brass. It is slightly lighter than the Schneider, with a non-through axle, and response compatible with YYF CBC slim-size. The rim is raw (untreated) brass that can be polished; the body is anodized. The sale lot included the yo-yo-shaped counterweight Pino. The store notes that production specs may differ from the prototype.
