Released in September 1997 as part of Bandai’s Hyper Yo-Yo line, the Stealth Fire is a wing-shaped transaxle yo-yo designed for string tricks. It shares the Fireball’s nylon transaxle bearing mechanism but in a wider butterfly profile suited to intermediate play. Like the other Hyper Yo-Yo models, it was a Japan-market exclusive produced through the Bandai partnership and fueled by the late-1990s yo-yo craze. The North American equivalent was the Saber Wing Fireball.
