The Stealth Brain was produced for Bandai’s Hyper Yo-Yo line in Japan, launched in October 1997. It features the same centrifugal clutch auto-return mechanism as the Brain in a refined body shape aimed at the mass Japanese toy market during the late-1990s yo-yo craze. Bandai’s Hyper Yo-Yo line became a cultural phenomenon in Japan, and the Stealth Brain was among its flagship products. The North American equivalent was later released as the Saber Wing Brain.
