The Prodigy was developed in collaboration with One Drop YoYos and designed with input from Yomega team player Daniel Dietz, debuting at the 2013 US Nationals. It is one of the few Yomega models to use One Drop’s Flow Groove silicone response and a KonKave bearing from Dif-e-Yo, reflecting the technical priorities of One Drop’s manufacturing. At 55.44mm × 44.17mm and 65.4g, the blast-finished aluminum body includes finger-spin dimples in the cup — an early example of this feature appearing on production yo-yos.
