Type B is the thick, soft-play string in the Twisted Stringz handmade lineup. Constructed from polyester with a fat, bouncy build, it excels at whips, lacerations, and suicides, and is particularly well-suited for wide-gap yo-yos, including those running KonKave-style bearings. The primary recommendation is for 4A (off-string) and 5A (freehand) players, though wide-gap 1A setups benefit as well. Not recommended for narrow-gap unresponsive setups — the extra bulk can cause sag and snap-back issues.
