The Moxon was announced alongside the Sullivan as part of a “Two Innovative New TMBR Yo-Yos” release circa 2014. It is a smaller and lighter yoyo than TMBR’s other models, designed specifically to take advantage of the Woodthread Axle System’s reversible configuration. Where the Sullivan’s reversal changes feel dramatically, the Moxon’s smaller halves give each orientation a distinct play personality suitable for both string tricks and looping.
The Moxon’s most distinctive feature is its packaging: it ships in the original wood plank it was cut from, making each unit’s origins visible and tangible.
