Featured a modular brass-and-rubber weight-ring system and used Duncan friction stickers under license from Duncan Toys. A "Solar Eclipse" glow-in-the-dark variant was also produced. Discontinued in September 2004 due to side-cap production issues, the final run was limited to 250 units. Basis for the Doctor Popular signature "Hesitator."
