Launched in December 2021, the SpinGadget is SpinGear’s most significant original product and has become the brand’s flagship beginner model. It uses a plastic transaxle bearing housed in a polycarbonate body, making it highly durable, very affordable (¥990–¥1,650), and easy to untangle — the body disassembles for quick string removal. The responsive design makes it ideal for beginners learning fundamental throws.
The SpinGadget spawned a large family of variants and sub-models:
- SpinGadget Illustrated Model — same specs with custom limited-edition artwork (Sakura, Step1 Revival, Looping Star designs). ¥1,650–¥2,200.
- SpinGadget SL — lighter, slimmer variant. ¥1,430.
- SpinGadget POM/PC — hybrid model with POM or polycarbonate body and aluminum parts; 56.8mm, 41.2mm wide, 53.5g, D-size bearing. ¥6,600.
- SpinGadget Big — oversized variant. ¥8,800.
- SpinGadget Wooden — wood-bodied variant. ¥1,500.
- SpinGadget Yuzuki Yukari Nagi — character collab edition (Vocaloid). ¥1,870.
