About the Rapid
Released November 17, 2014, the Rapid was King Yo Star’s first bi-metal yoyo, combining a 7075 aluminum body with stainless steel weight rings. Designed by Jake Elliott, the 2013 US 5A National Champion, to meet his competition-level 5A standards. The stepped V-profile delivers fast, stable play with long spin times from the SS ring weight distribution. Marketed as “fast and stable” for both 1A and 5A.
