About the Beginner
The Beginner is the entry-level model in the Pocket Pros lineup, released in 2010 at $4.99. A fixed-axle plastic yo-yo in a classic imperial shape, it was designed for learning basic looping tricks and did not disassemble. Available in blue, green, and red, it was packaged with a trick instruction booklet and sold through mass-market toy retail channels.
