About
The Laser represents yoyorecreation’s first use of bi-metal construction — a 7075 aluminum body with stainless steel inner rings placed at the lips rather than the outer rim, a placement that differs from the later Draupnir architecture. The Laser was the competition yo-yo of Yasuki Tachibana at the 2013 World YoYo Contest. Its performance there directly influenced the development of the Draupnir, which refined the bi-metal concept further. Tachibana also later received the Triplet (2014) as a 3A signature.
