The Fossil is Japan Technology’s titanium monometal flagship, and the first JT yo-yo to use a 10mm axle. Artwork was contributed by Bryan Figueroa. The design was inspired by ammonite fossils — straight lines creating an organically curved form. JT engineered it for a “soft catch, gentle sensation on string” character, distinct from the harder titanium feel of many competitors.
