The Deviant 5 widened the Deviant line to 55mm — 5mm wider than the Deviant+ — and upgraded the body material to 7075 aluminum for added stiffness. At launch it was OFFSET’s widest monometal, positioned as the maximum-width option for players who wanted the catch zone of a wide bi-metal without the premium pricing of steel rims.
