The Surveillance HPF is the signature bimetal model for 3A legend Hank Freeman — three-time consecutive World 3A Champion (2011-2013). Modeled after Freeman’s previous signature, the Oscillator by 44RPM, the key change was moving from an inner rim to an outer rim design, dramatically shifting weight distribution and feel. The large outer stainless steel rims give the HPF impressive power and stability while the lighter overall weight keeps it fast and agile with excellent control. Designed as a 3A powerhouse but optimized for 1A and 5A as well, making it one of the most versatile models in the mowl lineup. The Driftline (2025) is its successor in the mowl line.
