Sinew is a Performance-line string from Throw-Yo Threads built for durability rather than speed. It blends Trilobal Poly and Bonded Nylon in roughly equal parts, each spun as a separate cord and then combined. The Trilobal’s impulse to run is reined in by the nylon, giving a slower, more deliberate feel without becoming Responsive. Expect a stiff break-in period of an hour or two, after which it settles and holds its state for a very long time; it was tested for months on an MR-85 responsive bearing. It debuted as Patreon Project Torsion blend #6 (May 2026) before its public launch on June 4, 2026.
