The Chimera is YJYOYO Club’s monometal spin on the Vegamonte bimetal concept. Because a single-material construction cannot concentrate weight at the rim as effectively as dual metals, the design compensates by going oversized at 58.95mm diameter — pushing mass further out while keeping the overall weight at 65.1g. An unusually short M4×8mm axle further reduces center weight, mimicking bimetal-like weight distribution within a single-material build. Despite the size, it plays light. Retails at $53.99.
