History / About
Antagonist is the POM version of the Agonist and yoyomonster.’s first machined POM model. It derives from the Checkmate and is described as the counterpart to the Agonist. The material gives a light, soft feel that metal cannot, and the weight is set for 5A (counterweight) play, making it suitable for players starting counterweight. It shipped with Hideo Ishida’s supervised custom pad type 1. A point-sticker promotion (15 points for a gold-plated Crook, 2014-2016) was included with some units.
