History / About
The Satellite is YoYoJoker’s first offstring yo-yo: a metal center body with Delrin outer rims. Rewind says thin Delrin halves are sandwiched by response-integrated spacers, with a gap between metal and Delrin that absorbs impact when dropped. It has an M4x10mm 64 titanium axle. It was sold as a metal offstring prototype on Rewind in autumn 2011 before the retail release.
yoyo.fandom adds: prototype 2011 (84.7g, 78.83mm x 51.37mm, Joker Pad wide response), retail summer 2012 with 19.6mm pads, aluminum body with Delrin shells, blue body with white shells.
