About the Superstar (2009)
The Superstar was the competition flagship of John Ando, who used it to win two World Yo-Yo Contest titles. Its 55.76mm diameter stepped H-profile in 6061 aluminum, combined with built-in Hubstack technology, made it one of the most technically capable competition throws of its era. The Hubstacks enabled grabbing-pull starts and stalls that expanded trick possibilities. YoyoFactory released a 20th Anniversary tribute version maintaining the original specs.
