The Windrunner 7068 is a fan-driven upgrade to the original Windrunner, made after Duncan spent nearly two years collecting community suggestions. The result maintained the original’s geometry almost exactly but switched the aluminum alloy from 6061 to the harder, more durable 7068 grade and extended the axle length to reduce the risk of stripping — a common complaint on the original model. The double-rim design and all performance specs remain identical; the upgrade is entirely about long-term durability for players who throw heavily.
