The Triple Double is the signature model of Joe Wilson, Virginia State Champion and Recess team member. Priced at $40 it was one of Recess’s most accessible aluminum models. The name reflects Joe’s 5A background — a “triple double” being a basketball stat, fitting Recess’s sports-break naming theme, and a nod to Joe’s interest in combining complex 1A/5A elements. It plays light but binds heavy, sitting between the full-size Joyride and the undersized Snack in character.
