The Tom Cat is Tom Kuhn’s aluminum butterfly yo-yo, released in 2001. Built on the same size and profile as the SB-2 but in butterfly shape, it uses the same adjustable gap system and Turbo Disc response. Removable power rings allow weight customization. A jazz-inspired design character.
Special editions include: “Acid-wash talisman” colorway (limited to 500 serialized units), “Tom Cat & The Rose,” gold unresponsive version, and a special-edition responsive configuration. Ships with 5 strings, 8 Turbo Disc pads, 2 power rings, laser holster, gap adjustment keychain, and instruction booklet.
