The Strix is the signature model of Kohta Watanabe, the Japanese player who won the European Yo-Yo Championship in both 2011 and 2013. Designed in collaboration with Watanabe, the Strix features a wide, flat profile that sits between the Raptor’s undersized shape and the Echo’s full-size dimensions. Watanabe selected the KonKave bearing and SG Sticker response for its performance in European competition conditions, and the Strix was his weapon of choice when he claimed the 2013 EYYC 1A title. It remains a sought-after signature collector piece.
