Spintek describes the Skyva 2 as the plastic Skyva redesigned for 2025 in collaboration with MagicYoYo. Per Spintek, replacing the brass bearing seat nut with aluminum moved over 3 grams to the rims for longer spin time, the profile is slightly wider, and a new “NanoBlast” finish developed by Spintek gives a soft-touch feel. Material is injection polycarbonate. Spintek says the changes keep the character of the original Skyva.
