Released in February 2021, the Spin Drifter features spinning sidecaps mounted on ball-bearing hubs that rotate independently of the yo-yo body. It can be used as a conventional yo-yo, as a spinning top when the sidecaps are engaged, or as an interlocking stacker challenge where the sidecaps lock together with other Spin Drifters. The transaxle provides extended spin times suitable for beginner string tricks, and the take-apart design makes it easy to re-string.
