Ion Cannon is a 2A looping yo-yo from R2FG, a yo-yo maker founded in 2017 in Shenzhen, China (the name stands for ‘Rotation To Fight Gravity’, per YoYoExpert). It was released at YoYoExpert in February 2021 as one of the brand’s first products there. YoYoExpert notes the shape is suited to loops and shoot-the-moons, and responsiveness can be tuned with thick bearing lube.
