R2FG introduced the CLS bi-metal on the YoYoExpert forum in July 2018 as its third model, saying the company was founded in 2017. The post describes a new bead-blasted, blackened surface on the stainless-steel rim, an ultra-thin aluminum body with a huge steel rim, and a titanium axle chosen to cut weight.
