Roadster Folio 3553

History / About

Computer-designed to mimic the ProYo’s playing characteristics while excelling as a looping yo-yo, the Roadster is unusually large at 63.5mm — a dimension that originated as a manufacturing error but was kept intentionally. Most units were sold unfinished, with laser-carved graphics on raw wood; a small number were factory-stained or finished. Some units carried the “Flores” name, its rights licensed by Playmaxx as a nod to yo-yo pioneer Pedro Flores. Discontinued when Duncan Toys acquired Playmaxx in 2001.
