The first major plastic release from Luftverk, the Plastic Fulvia used an “Injection Machined” technique — first injection molded into a large plastic blank, then the profile is fully CNC machined for premium surface quality. Jeffrey credits this release with exponentially expanding Luftverk’s retail presence worldwide. Released in late 2022 just before he relocated from Toronto to Osaka, Japan. The project’s success funded the development of future plastic models and eventually the magnesium Akura.
