The Obsession+ evolved from the question: “What happens if we make the Obsession bimetal while keeping the same profile?” Released October 24, 2021 at mowl’s online store, then at partner stores October 30. The stainless steel rims increase stability significantly while the core comfortable feeling of the original Obsession is preserved. The artwork features hand and brain motifs — an evolution of the original Obsession’s hidden characters. The team noted that few mid-sized bimetals existed on the market, making the Obsession+ a notable niche fill. Two “S” shapes are incorporated into the brain design, a nod to the SS (stainless steel) material.
