NEWS Special Agent (RY-013S) is Sturm Panzer’s first off-string (4A) yoyo, a tribute/successor to YoYoJam’s Special Agent — a homage, not a licensed collaboration like Night Moves 9. Ships with Storybook Vol.13, which includes an “All About YoYoJam 2002-2003” retrospective covering 27+ models.
