The KAWA is JIGUN by LEP’s first off-string yo-yo, a 4A design constructed from POM (polyoxymethylene/acetal) plastic and anodized aluminum. Size D bearings were chosen over the standard Size C for improved regen stability during off-string play. During the KAWA’s development phase, a member of LEP’s team achieved third place at a South Japan Regional competition using the yo-yo. “Kawa” means “river” in Japanese. Available in four colorways: Yellow POM/Black anodized, White POM/Silver, White POM/Blue, and SAKURA (Silver anodized). Retail price: $55 USD (8,300 JPY).
