History
The InTernal Turmoil (IT) was the fourth release in the Dif Series and Dave “Dazzling Dave” Schulte’s second signature model. Many players who owned multiple Dif-e-Yo throws considered it the smoothest the company ever produced. The deep 0.045″ pad pockets accepted both standard .555-size Dif Pads (stacked .030 + .015) and flowable silicone — giving players a response option that was rare in a branded metal yo-yo at the time.
The aesthetic detail that set the IT apart was the contrast between its satin-finished catch zone and polished raw internal crossbones-patterned side panels. Available in anodized green and purple for the standard release.
A 2008 US Nationals special edition was also produced: colored body and laser printing with a black weight ring, sold at $134.99.
