The Envy introduced the H-shaped profile to yo-yo design — machined from a single piece of aluminum to push weight as far to the outer rim as possible without adding secondary ring materials. The H-profile creates two deep catch zones and a pronounced inner rim step, concentrating angular momentum at the outermost edges. This became one of the most influential yo-yo shapes of the 2000s; HSpin’s H-profile geometry is a direct precursor to modern competition yo-yo design used industry-wide.
