About
The yoyo that started Rain City Skills. Founder Jeremy McKay and his wife Andra conceived the brand after visiting One Drop’s shop in Eugene, Oregon — a hipster-themed, machined-in-Oregon Canadian brand. Blending influences from the SPYY Punchline and CLYW Chief, the Hipster Highlife debuted in summer 2017 as a competition-capable organic shape with a distinctive LEGO-compatible hub nub. Anodized by Gruntbull. Original four splash colorways: The Foodie, The Beer Snob, The Starving Artist, and Herb. Later re-released in solid colorways with custom engraving. Packaged in a hemp bag inside a mason jar.
