The West Uranium was HICOO’s debut model and a landmark in yo-yo history — the first high-end aluminum yo-yo ever produced by a Chinese manufacturer. Designed by Shu-Yu Chen (“Black Cement”), it was deliberately priced low so that players in mainland China could experience premium metal construction for the first time. Thick walls provide durability without sacrificing performance; the yo-yo ships with interchangeable O-ring weight rings so players can tune total weight to preference.
