History / About
The Herdsman, subtitled Agent 002 in the G2 product catalog, was released in 2022. It is part of G2’s “Agent” internal naming system for certain designs. The design received a major upgrade in the AL7 Herdsman (2025/2026), which uses a 7068 aluminum body with stainless steel rims — transforming it from a monometal to a bimetal for significantly improved performance.
