The Cobra is the plastic-hubbed counterpart to the aluminum Viper, designed for string tricks and regeneration at a lower price point. Introduced in 1999 as part of the AXYS modular axle system, it features spring-elastic plastic half-shells with an extra-large diameter and lightweight plastic hubs. The AXYS system allows swapping between slider transaxle, fixed wooden, and Speed Explosion ball bearing axle configurations.
