About the Half & Half
Released in August 2010 alongside the Tres Leches and Heavy Cream, the Half & Half drew design inspiration from the Dv8 — an unreleased prototype by Buzzon Industries that never reached the market. Crucial founder Paul Yath refined the design through four prototype iterations before arriving at what he described as his smoothest Delrin yet. The Half & Half rounded out Crucial’s 2010 lineup and showcased Yath’s ability to take an unrealized concept and develop it into a competition-ready throw.
