The Banger was built specifically for the General-Yo team, with design input aimed at players pushing 3A and 5A alongside 1A. Refined weight distribution targets control and balance across all play styles for long flowing combos.
The Banger is notable for being the first General-Yo in 17 years to use non-proprietary response pads: One Drop 19mm pads, chosen by Ernie for their slightly softer feel and thinner depth compared to General-Yo’s own HAT pads. This marks a significant milestone given the brand’s long history of proprietary response systems dating back to their 2008 founding.
