History / About
The first Luftverk release and the first production titanium yo-yo to feature an H-shape profile, inspired by Hans Asplund’s “Architectural Brutalism” style. Despite the H-shape, weight is evenly distributed across the edges and mid-sections rather than purely on the rims, allowing it to spin longer. The very limited AMS2488 Type II version used a fully ceramic C-bearing to eliminate rust and corrosion risk. Produced in extremely small numbers and sold for around $300 USD. Met with immediate success and positive reviews, launching Luftverk as a serious player in the premium titanium market.
