DX-2000 Rising Phenom is officially confirmed as ZhaoYuan Liu’s (‘PHENOM’) personal signature model — he is named and credited as its designer, and his moeCAP PRO cap was created for it. It modernizes the YoYoJam PHENOM shape at Size-D-bearing scale, and Liu used it at 2018 China Nationals, Japan Nationals, and Worlds. A 2000-unit commemorative run.
