Dunk PC Folio 706

History / About

The Dunk PC expands the Dunk family into polycarbonate territory, pairing a 7068 aluminum hub with a PC body and a D-size bearing — which Jake believes may make it the first full polycarbonate yo-yo ever released with a D bearing. The wider 50.13mm width gives it a dramatically more relaxed, floaty character compared to the aluminum Dunks; the PC body provides a soft catch and light in-hand feel while the aluminum hub keeps structural rigidity. The colorway names are inspired by Jake’s childhood: Blurple Screen of Death (a riff on the Windows Blue Screen of Death) and Lemon Limewire reference hours spent at the family PC playing Runescape and Diablo 2 between yo-yo sessions. The “herman’s” edition — a hand-dyed one-of-a-kind variant Jake made himself in December 2025 and sold for $55 — continues his tradition of unique charity pieces and personal one-offs that give collectors something no one else can have.
